Hampton Inn Middletown

I’ve stayed here twice this year…had a great experience both times. Tich is awesome and was so helpful at front desk. It’s a decent property but the pool is outside. Gym is one of the nicer HI gyms - lots of options. The ONLY downside - I was in a room right by elevator (419). It dinged constantly. At all hours. Not a huge deal just be aware that the *19 rooms are feet away from the elevator doors.

Jasmine at the front desk is excellent! The carpets need to be replaced, the bath tub was a little stained, the coffee in the lobby was warm, one pot was empty and the hot water pot for tea was empty. Breakfast was great. Clean.

Spotless rooms throughout the Inn. There's plenty of parking and it's free. There's a shop in the lobby with lots of the usually forgotten items, along with snacks and drinks. The staff are friendly, personable, and professional. The rooms are in a very modern style. Amenities: There is a small refrigerator and microwave. Single cup coffee machine and coffee. Flat screen TV and landline telephone. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Quiet environment. Continental breakfast. Convenient location, right off two major highways, I84 and Route 17. The Hampton Inn's reward program is mentioned at check-in, several times. Wifi is free after entering your Hampton Inn's reward program information. If not a member, it's still free, with limitations. Key cards are used for side entrances to the building as well as the rooms. It's a swiping motion in front of a camera that you'll hear a click, eventually, and see a small green light that indicates the door is unlocked. Late at night, the main entrance is the same. If entering for the first time, there is a call button to a staff member inside.

Rooms a little outdated. Easy checkin and checkout. Very easy to find and close to Wallkill (25 mins). The breakfast was tasty but they didn’t keep up with supplies and maintaining the area.

We recently had to travel to Middletown, New York unexpectedly and stay for over a week. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. Special mention to Tich and Jasmine at the front desk, Sam who did a wonderful job with service during breakfast and Marie in housekeeping. All staff I encountered were helpful and appeared to take pride in providing great service. Will definitely stay again when traveling to the area.

Rooms were okay, nothing to write home about. The bathroom sink wouldnt drain that well for us because the stopper was stuck. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The front desk agent Carmela was fantastic, 3 weddings going on at the same time !!! So professional and attentive! Breakfast was great, I did get the name of my server, he goes above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need ! Will definitely stay at this hotel again !

Nice firm mattress, quiet room, friendly staff. No bathroom amenities or walk in shower. Tub felt unsafe, only one grab bar near shower head. Bistro is light on menu options.
